FO: Otis Socks

These were so much fun. This is the third pattern I’ve knit from Coop Knits Socks Volume 2 and they certainly won’t be the last! The instructions are always super-clear, the fit is great (my Dave socks are my favourite comfy hiking socks) and the patterns are just so pretty!

I went up a size for these – my colourwork is often quite tight and I discovered after knitting the first leg I couldn’t get it on. Fortunately the ribbing in the foot keeps it cosy. The colourwork pattern is really easy to follow – after setting it up you barely need the pattern.

The hardest part? Taking photos of my own feet. I managed these with the help of a remote shutter, otherwise it’s pretty much impossible.
